I saw this in German class and I fell out of my chair. Figuratively speaking. Not like Mr. Pickering, the epitome of the word anachronism, did once during my organ lesson. Hurray for Harry Potter and the British! Cheerio
Love the sign! I have learned so many new things from your blog. It is good you are learning so much and becoming so cultured. Some of it is rubbing off on us just by reading your blog!
To expound on Mom's comment-did you know this poster (just the words "Keep Calm and Carry On", not the deathly hallows...) was put out during WW2 in Britain? They needed something to keep them sensible during all those midnight raids. I think it is particularly fitting for the mass hysteria that was ensuing during the release of HP, I know seeing it gave me the wherewithal to hold it together. As for our little anachronism embodied, I can still remember sitting in on your lessons and just laughing hysterically. Mr P did inspire me to go into chemistry when he mentioned his bro had learned to make cocaine in the program, (though I'm still waiting on that, spending most of my time being boggled by the grand canonical ensemble and such). All in all, I love the poster, those South Carolinigans are just perfectly clever.
So perfect! And to think I thought the Juicy people thought that up. Those British peeps are so refined, no mass hysteria for them!
